rolling down sand dunes and a very special cake

Last weekend had some moments to write about which included: someone hanging onto a overhanging tree then falling off and hitting their head; a couple of people getting completely soaked wrestling in the sea; and cake trays being used as dangerous frizbees. It also had me rolling down a sand dune and being taught to cook spagetti bolognese. I am not sure which of all these moments was the most scary. Possibly the last one, when the cutting onions made me start to cry.

This week saw my friends come down to visit me in Torquay and probably keeping people in the Travelodge very annoyed and awake all night. We went to Trago Mills on the saturday and down on Torquay seafront to play pitch and putt on the sunday. And there was also a lot of drinking too. As well as a very special cake which I shall photograph soon to prove I actually did eat it rather than dump in the bin when no-one was looking.
